Last updated: May 9, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SSDIQ platform, developed by Axiamor LLC. By accessing or using SSDIQ, the authorized firm and its users agree to these Terms.
Use of the platform
SSDIQ is provided to support disability intake evaluation and workflow prioritization for authorized firms. The platform is not a substitute for attorney review and does not constitute a legal determination or a prediction of claim outcome.
Accounts and access
Firms are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under their accounts. Access is limited to authorized personnel of the subscribing firm.
SMS intake communications
SSDIQ supports SMS-based intake continuation and follow-up on behalf of firms. Firms are responsible for ensuring that intake contacts have provided appropriate consent to receive SMS messages. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the platform to violate applicable law, infringe rights of others, attempt to circumvent security controls, or interfere with platform operation or integrity.
No professional advice
SSDIQ does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. Outputs are intended to support intake review and should be evaluated alongside supporting records, attorney judgment, and applicable legal standards.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiamor LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to Axiamor LLC, the developer of SSDIQ.
