SMS and intake communications

SSDIQ supports SMS-based intake continuation and follow-up. By providing a mobile number during intake, individuals consent to receive intake-related text messages from the firm using SSDIQ. Message frequency varies based on intake activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Individuals may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the platform, support intake evaluation and workflow continuity, communicate with intake contacts on behalf of firms, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Data protection

Access to operational data is restricted to authenticated users of the associated firm. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorized access.
